Components of this machinery include the main body, tooling, water cooling system, and cutting apparatus.
To ensure high quality:
– Precision-ground and hardened gears and bearings guarantee smooth and quiet operations.
– The screw and barrel, made from Aluminum Chromolybdenum alloy steel, are stress-relieved for enhanced durability.
– The die undergoes nitrogen hardening treatment to prolong its lifespan.
– Both the water tank and the cutting machine surface are crafted from #304 stainless steel.
– The main extruder’s screw is customized to suit the specific plastic material being used in the extrusion process.
