Comprising the main body, tooling, water cooling system, and cutting apparatus, this machinery is engineered for quality. Precision-ground gears and bearings ensure smooth, quiet operation, while the Aluminum Chromolybdenum alloy steel screw and barrel, stress-relieved for longevity, guarantee durability. The die receives nitrogen hardening treatment to prolong its lifespan, and both the water tank and cutting machine surface are crafted from #304 stainless steel for resilience. Tailored to specific plastic material requirements, the main extruder’s screw is a key component of this two-color drinking straw machine.
