This machinery consists of the main body, tooling, water cooling system, and cutting apparatus.
Emphasizing Quality:
The gears and bearings are precision-ground and hardened to ensure smooth and silent operations.
Constructed from Aluminum Chromolybdenum alloy steel, the screw and barrel are stress-relieved for durability.
The die is subjected to nitrogen hardening treatment to extend its service life.
Both the water tank and the surface of the cutting machine are constructed from #304 stainless steel.
The screw of the main extruder is tailored to accommodate the specified plastic material.
